Lane Sharman is a senior executive with experience in power project development, regulatory affairs, and government relations.  He is a business model innovator and strategic management and financial advisor.

Thomas R. Brill is the Director of Strategic Analysis at San Diego Gas and Electric Company.  In this role, Tom leads strategic analysis and strategic plan development work at a time of significant industry changes in both the electricity and natural gas markets and also heads SDG&E's Rates, Load Analysis, and Demand Forecasting Departments.  Previously, he served as Director of Corporate Regulatory Policy, Assistant General Counsel of Regulatory Policy, and as Director of Regulatory and Legislative Policy at Sempra Energy.  In all of these positions, Mr.

Cathy Pieroni manages the Legislation, External Policy and Communications section at the City of San Diego’s Public Utilities Department. Cathy has nearly 20 years of experience working on water issues statewide.  Cathy is an active member of the American Water Works Association, Water ReUse Association, and the Association of California Water Agencies.  She has earned a B.A. from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, and an M.B.A. from the University of San Diego.

Rochelle Becker has been active on nuclear safety issues in California for 35 years. She co-founded the Alliance for Nuclear Responsibility in 2005 to focus on her experience working with elected representatives and oversight agencies - both state and federal.  Rochelle has testified before the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, California Energy Commission, Regional Water Quality Control Board, as well as the state legislature and Congress.

Jerry Sanders began his lifelong career in public service when he joined  the San Diego Police Department at the age of 22. In 1999, Sanders retired as Police Chief and became CEO of the United Way of San Diego. In 2005 he was elected as Mayor to San Diego. Under his control the city financial staff completed six years' worth of back logged audits, allowing the city to return to the public bond markets.This helped to fund the mayor's commitment to repair San Diego's long neglected water, sewer and transportation infrastructure.

Tim works in the California Regional Office at Esri where he works with GIS users throughout the state with a particular emphasis on local government and the San Diego region. He is based in San Diego.
