Can We Mobilize Fast Enough is the tenth chapter written by author Lester R. Brown in his book Plan B: Mobilizing to Save Civilization. In this chapter he talks about Shifting taxes and Subsidies,Coal: The beginning of the end, three models of social change and a wartime mobilization. 

Feeding Eight Billion People Well is the ninth chapter written by author Lester R.Brown in his book Plan B: Mobilizing to Save Civilization. In this chapter he talks about raising land productivity, raising water productivity, producing protien more efficiently, localization of agriculture and strategic reductions in demands and actions on many fronts.

We all have a role to play as individuals. Whether we bike, bus, or drive to work will affect carbon emissions, climate change, and food security. As an indivdual it is our Responsibility.

Restoring the Earth is the eight chapter written by author Lester R. Brown in his book Plan B: Mobilizing to Save Civilization. In his book he talks about protesting and restoring forests, planting trees to sequester carbon, conserving and rebuilding soils, regenerating fisheries, protecting plant and animal diversity and the earth restoration budget.

Eradicating Poverty and Stabilizing Population is the seventh chapter written by Lester R. Brown in his book Plan B: Mobilizing to Save Civilization. In rhis chapter he talks about the importance of educating everyone, moving towards healthy future, stabilizing population, rescuing failing states and a poverty eradicating agenda and budget.

Designing Cities for People is the sixth chapter written by author Lester R. Brown in his book Plan B: Mobilizing to save civilization. In his chapter he talks about the Ecology of cities, redesigning urban transport, the return of bicyles, reducing urban water use, farming in the city, upgrading squatter settlements and cities for people. 

We can design an urban lifestyle that systematically restores health by incorporating exercise into daily routines while reducing carbon emissioins and eliminating health-damaging air pollution.

Stabilizing Climate: Shifting to Renewable Energy is the fifth chapter in author Lester R. Brown's book Plan B: Mobilizing to Save Civilization. In this chapter he talks about the importance to turn to the wind, solar cells and thermal collectors, energy from the earth, plant based sources of energy, and hydropower.

Stabilizing Climate: An Energy Efficiency Revolution is the fourth chapter written by author Lester R. Brown in his book Plan B: Mobilizing to Save Civilization. In this chapter he talks about a revolution in lighting technology, energy efficient appliances, zero-carbon buildings, electrifying the transport system, a new materials economy, smarter grids, appliances, and consumers and the energy savings potential.

Climate Change and Energy Transition is the third chapter written by author Lester R. Brown in his book Plan B: Mobilzing to Save Civilization. In this book he speaks about the Rising temperature and its effects, melting ice, rising seas, melting glaciers, shrinking harvests, falling yields, the decline of oil and coal and a challenge without precedent.
