Come join us as we raise awareness of sea level rise and coastal flooding in Mission Beach. We will be drawing a chalk line along Mission Blvd showing the High Tide Flood Line projected for the year 2050. A great opportunity for outreach and public education, using art as our entry point! We’ll be gathering signatures in support of a strong climate action plan.
WHEN: Monday, January 19, 2015, (Martin Luther King Jr. Day), 10:00AM-2:00PM
WHERE: We will gather at the restrooms south of the roller coaster at Belmont Park at 9:30AM.
