Doria (DC) Cordova is CEO of Excellerated Business Schools®/Money & You®, a global organization that has over 100,000 graduates from the Asia Pacific and North American regions in English and Chinese. Because many of today’s wealth/business “gurus” have attended Money & You® and transformed the way they teach, her work continues through them to millions world-wide. Mr. Zahn serves on two Boards at San Diego State University: the School of Business Administration and the Zahn Innovation Center. He also holds seats on the Action Board of the Education Synergy Alliance and CleanTECH San Diego. 

Mr. Zahn was founding Chairman and CEO of the U.S. Green Chamber of Commerce, a non- profit association committed to enabling businesses to participate in the green economy, and become more environmentally and financially sustainable. He is on the Boards of the American Lung Association of California.

Neil is with Green Century Capital Management, a mutual fund company founded over 20 years ago by a partnership of environmental advocacy organizations, which is still owned by their nonprofit founders.  Their funds seek competitive returns for investors while putting their money to work for clean air, clean water, and a healthy planet.

Councilmember Mark Kersey represents City of San Diego's 5th District.  He is currently the Chair of the Council's standing Committee on Infrastructure and Vice Chair of the Economic Development and Intergovernmental Relations Committee.  He is also a member of the Charger Review Committee, and the Budget & Government Efficiency Committee.

Kelly Cunningham is the former chief economist and research director for the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce, where he established a reputation for his understanding and expertise of San Diego's regional economy. He was also supervising economist at the City of San Diego and research analyst for Copley Press, Inc.

Lane Sharman is a senior executive with experience in power project development, regulatory affairs, and government relations.  He is a business model innovator and strategic management and financial advisor.

Teddy Cruz was born in Guatemala City. He obtained a Master in Design Studies at Harvard University in 1997. He has been recognized internationally for his urban research of the Tijuana-San Diego border, advancing border immigrant neighborhoods as sites of cultural production, from which to rethink urban policy, affordable housing and civic infrastructure. In 1991 he received the prestigious Rome Prize in Architecture and in 2005 he was the first recipient of the James Stirling Memorial Lecture On The City Prize, by the Canadian Center of Architecture and the London School of Economics.
