Don Liddell
CESA
Don Liddell is the General Counsel of CESA and a principal of Douglass & Liddell. Don provides legal and government affairs support for CESA's regulatory and legislative advocacy in all forums. In addition to CESA, he is in private practice as an attorney focused exclusively on energy law. Don was Assistant General Counsel of Sempra Energy, where he was dedicated to all aspects of its unregulated companies. Don served on the Board of Directors of the Independent Energy Producers Association from 1990 to 1997, including a term as Chairman.

Climate Initiative
Nicola leads implementation of The San Diego Foundation’s Climate Initiative, working with donors, nonprofits, and business and government partners to help spur action to reduce regional greenhouse gas emissions and deepen community awareness about the local impacts of climate change. Before joining The Foundation, Nicola was a field office manager with a multi-year World Bank research project in rural Malawi, exploring connections between education, income, and health outcomes.

Doug is the Executive Director of the San Diego Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council. In this role he oversees the daily operations of the organization ensuring that the mission of the USGBC – San Diego is advanced.
Falk Fedderson
Integrative Oceanography Division - Scripps Institution of Oceanography
Falk Fedderson is an Associate Research Oceanographer with the Integrated Oceanography Division of SIO. His area of interest is surf-zone and near-shore physical Oceanography. He has also co-hosted with the Ocean Institute the Surf Science Teen Conferences at SIO for high school students.

Murray E. Jennex is an associate professor at San Diego State University, editor in chief of the International Journal of Knowledge Management, editor in chief of Idea Group Publishing's Knowledge Management book series, co-editor in chief of the International Journal of Information Systems for Crisis Response and Management, and president of the Foundation for Knowledge Management (LLC). He holds a B.A. in chemistry and physics from William Jewell College, an M.B.A. and an M.S. in software engineering from National University, an M.S. in telecommunications management and a Ph.D.
Nilmini Silva-Send
Energy Policy Initiatives Center, USD
Nilmini Silva-Send is the senior policy analyst at USD's Energy Policy Initiatives Center, where she contributes research and analysis to EPIC's ongoing energy and climate change projects. Currently she is researching energy use and costs and benefits of measures to develop greater efficiency in road transportation in the San Diego region. Silva-Send has conducted legal and technical analysis of environmental laws in Europe and the U.S. throughout her career. She has also taught upper level and graduate level international law courses in Germany.
