At this training we’ll be reviewing SanDiego350’s new organizational norms and modified consensus decision making. All teams and projects will use these processes moving forward. It’s especially important for team leaders and members to participate so everyone’s on the same page. Please review the two policies ahead of time. The training will go over how to implement these in a team, include fun role playing and will answer any questions members have.
